The challenge

Bridge the Gap needed a unified brand that balanced their joint identity with their individual voices. At the same time, the site had to clearly present four distinct offerings — Keynotes, Workshops, Coaching, and Strategic Facilitation — in a way that helped busy decision-makers act fast.

The experience had to build trust, signal credibility, and make next steps obvious. That meant strong messaging, smart UX, and visible calls to action like Book a Discovery Call and Inquire Now.

The Approach

We started by aligning on audiences, voice, and desired outcomes. From there, we built a simple brand structure:

  • Bridge the Gap as the parent brand
  • Coordinated identities for Jennifer and Kati
  • A shared design system with room for individual expression

 

We created a clean site layout that puts engagement paths front and center, produced speaker sheets tailored to each founder, and carried their action-first language into every corner — including booking links for each service and founder.

Under the hood, we developed for accessibility, speed, and semantic clarity — so moving from interest to inquiry feels natural.
