Samaritan Aviation offer critical flights to the only hospital in East Sepik, deliver medicine to remote areas, and provide ongoing care and training. They also offer spiritual support, community restoration, and disaster relief assistance.

Our collaboration with Samaritan Aviation was rooted in the desire to extend their impactful mission online. In a region with limited access to medical services, they serve as a beacon of hope through critical flights, medicine delivery, and ongoing care.

The challenge was to encapsulate the heart of Samaritan Aviation’s work – life flights, medical support, and ongoing community care

Samaritan Aviation had an existing website that posed several challenges. The website was not user-friendly and did not effectively communicate the organization’s mission of providing life flights and medical services.

The design was outdated and did not showcase the impact Samaritan Aviation was making in remote areas. The content was not engaging and failed to inspire support for their cause. Recognizing these issues, Samaritan Aviation sought our help to revamp their website and address these problems.

The Approach

Our approach for Samaritan Aviation’s website revamp involved creating a user-friendly design, improving communication, and engaging content. By implementing these changes, the organization aimed to enhance the user experience, increase website traffic, and inspire greater support.

The success metrics for the project included achieving a 30% increase in website visitors, a 20% decrease in bounce rate, and a 50% increase in online donations. Additionally, measuring user feedback and engagement through increased social media interactions and email subscriptions were also important indicators of success.
