What would make it useful?
Count review and correction time too. A faster draft only helps if the final work is
accurate and useful.
Understand your readiness and discuss concerns
Your foundation
Momentum and preparedness.
Your safeguards.
Activity describes momentum. Safeguards describe preparedness. Unknown answers stay
unknown. Concerns never reduce your standing.
How your snapshot works
Your reported practice, adoption, and results describe momentum. Skipped questions and
“I’m not sure” are not scored as failures. The highest stage also requires reported
guidance, decision ownership, human review, information boundaries, and no unknowns in
the assessed areas. These are conversation prompts, not an independently verified
assessment or certification. Informed by NIST’s AI risk management guidance.
Make room for the conversation
Use these questions in a 10-minute conversation. Listen first, agree on one boundary,
and invite a shared decision.
