Jason and his team is great! I told him upfront that are # 1 complaint with working with programmers, web designers, creatives, etc is them not communicating because they are too embarrassed that the deadline needed to be pushed. I understand deadlines being pushed, things come up all of the time where you have to push a deadline. The thing that drives me the MOST insane is when people stop communicating because of that. Which leaves me in the dark, unable to communicate with my team what the heck is going on. Jason did quite the opposite, he over communicated (WHICH IS AMAZING) & delivered on the end product. He is a go getter & his team shows up! They are not ONLY great at communicating they are great at producing a phenomenal end product. Thanks Jason!
