The thing that drives me the MOST insane is when people stop communicating because of that. Which leaves me in the dark, unable to communicate with my team what the heck is going on. Jason did quite the opposite, he over communicated (WHICH IS AMAZING) & delivered on the end product. He is a go getter & his team shows up!
