Your idea, running as working software.
You have a framework, an idea, or a workflow held together with spreadsheets and goodwill. We build the working app: real screens, real logins, real data. AI-accelerated so a prototype costs thousands instead of tens of thousands, and reviewed by senior engineers so it is built right. Booking platforms, CRMs, vertical tools, internal ops: we have shipped them all.

Mr.andMrs. WrightWhat an amazing website building experience! Jason is patient, intuitive and very responsive. He beautifully assessed what we had and made it so much better. He took into consideration all of our wants and needs then presented us with something that completely exceeded expectations. We are grateful!

Brian St.ClairI appreciated the in depth Q & A about my business and how I'm different than my competition. Great guy, great questions, creative thinking that helps lay out my issue, and ways to solve problems.

Eihab NemriOur experience with Creative Nomads was excellent, A+ all around. As a ministry, we needed a website that would serve our missionaries and make giving easy, and the team delivered on both. Our development team is ecstatic about the seamless, frictionless giving experience; the Missionary Directory has been a big hit, and our field staff feels they've gotten a real upgrade. The team was phenomenal throughout: professional, positive, and very patient with us. Anything that needed adjustment was done immediately, and whenever we hit a problem, they were available within an hour or two. They brought clarity time and time again when we were overwhelmed, and stayed on top of details we'd mentioned early on and forgotten ourselves. They went above and beyond in every way possible. We'd recommend them to any ministry or missions organization without hesitation! Thank you for everything, Creative Nomads. The BeMultiplied Team
The Creative Nomads approach.
- 01
Scope the smallest true version.
Clarity precedes design, for apps too. We name the one workflow the app must nail and cut everything else from round one. That is why prototypes stay affordable.
- 02
AI-accelerated, senior-reviewed.
AI tooling does the heavy lifting on speed. Senior engineers architect the build and review what ships. You get this year's velocity with adult supervision.
- 03
Real users, fast.
The prototype goes in front of real users early, because their behavior settles arguments that meetings cannot. What we learn shapes the production scope.
- 04
Honest about the line.
A prototype proves the idea. It is not load-tested, penetration-tested infrastructure, and we will never pretend otherwise. When you are ready for production, we tell you exactly what changes and what it costs.
Published tiers. No coyness.
Two published tiers. The prototype proves the idea with real users; the production build carries it at scale. Both AI-accelerated, both senior-reviewed.
- Rapid prototype Recommended$2,500 – $5,000
Full working functionality with authentication and real data. Built to prove the idea with real users. Not built for production load or security testing, and we tell you exactly where that line sits.
- Production app$20,000 – $75,000+
The full build: architecture, security, integrations, testing, and scale. For apps your business will stand on.
Pricing is what it costs, not what we hope you’ll spend. Phased delivery is available for nonprofit budgets, we phase scope, not price.
Real outputs. Not a capability list.
- A working app, not a deck
-
Clickable-prototype tools stop at pretend. We ship real software: functioning screens, real interactions, actual logic behind every button.
- Authentication and real data
-
User accounts, roles, and a real database from day one. Your testers use it like a product because it is one.
- Product-shaped design
-
Interfaces designed for daily use, not for a pitch slide. The same design discipline we bring to every build.
- Integrations that matter
-
Payments, booking, CRM, email, the systems your operation already runs on. The app joins your stack instead of fighting it.
- A clear production path
-
When the prototype proves out, you get a scoped plan for the production build: hardening, security, scale, and what each costs.
- Your code, your repo
-
You own everything we ship. Code, database, documentation. No hostage infrastructure.

How much does a custom app cost?
Published tiers, same as everything else we sell. A rapid prototype runs $2,500 to $5,000 with full working functionality and authentication. A production app runs $20,000 to $75,000+ depending on scope, integrations, and scale requirements. The prototype is the cheapest way to find out what the production version should even be.
-
What is the difference between a prototype and a production app?
A prototype has real screens, real logins, and real data, and it proves your idea with real users. What it does not have is production hardening: load capacity, security testing, and the engineering that keeps an app healthy under real-world traffic. That is the production tier, and we are upfront about the line between the two.
-
What kinds of apps have you built?
A custom booking platform for a vacation-ownership brand, a travel-industry CRM, a hail-damage scoping app for the PDR industry, a strategy framework turned into working software, and internal operations tools we run our own studio on. If it starts as an idea, a framework, or an overworked spreadsheet, it is in our lane.
-
Does AI write the code?
AI accelerates the build, which is why a prototype costs thousands instead of tens of thousands. Senior engineers make the architecture decisions and review everything that ships. The speed comes from the tooling, the quality comes from the people, and you get both.
-
Who owns the app when it is done?
You do. Code, repository, database, and documentation all transfer to you. If you want us to keep hosting and improving it, we offer ongoing plans, but nothing about the build locks you in.
Start with your score.
The Digital Legitimacy Score takes about three minutes. You'll see exactly where custom apps & prototyping would lift your numbers and where it would be wasted on you. No pitch attached.
