Isaiah RamirezWorking with Jason Rutel was a really good experience. He made the whole website process easy, communicated well, and came up with great ideas that made the site look clean and professional. He was quick with updates and paid attention to the small details, which I really appreciated. The final website turned out even better than I expected, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and talented web designer.

Definitely recommend, if you’re looking for someone talented, reliable, and easy to work with.
The Creative Nomads approach.
- 01
Predictable cadence.
Monthly check-in by default. Quarterly review for plans on the high end. You know when work is happening because it is in your inbox.
- 02
No padded retainers.
Hours that you do not use roll forward one cycle. We are not running the clock down to bill you.
- 03
Transparent reporting.
You see what we did every month. Uptime, backups, updates, time spent. No black box.
Published tiers. No coyness.
Three published tiers based on traffic, complexity, and how often you need updates. No long-term lock-in.
- Essentials$199 / mo
Hosting, security, weekly backups, uptime monitoring. For sites that need keeping safe more than keeping fresh.
- Active Recommended$499 / mo
Essentials plus monthly priority updates and one quarterly review call. Most clients land here.
- Strategic$1,000 – $1,200 / mo
Active plus monthly strategy review, content updates, and ongoing optimization. For sites that are central to revenue or fundraising.
Pricing is what it costs, not what we hope you’ll spend. Phased delivery is available for nonprofit budgets, we phase scope, not price.

What does a care plan cost?
Three published tiers. Essentials is $199 per month for hosting, security, weekly backups, and uptime monitoring. Active is $499 per month and adds monthly priority updates plus a quarterly review call. Strategic runs $1,000 to $1,200 per month and adds monthly strategy review and ongoing optimization.
-
Will you maintain a site you did not build?
Usually, after a short assessment. We host and maintain over 100 websites, and plenty of them arrived from other builders. The assessment tells us whether the site is healthy enough to stand behind, and what it needs first if it is not.
-
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term lock-in. Plans run month to month, and unused priority-update hours roll forward one cycle. We keep clients by being worth keeping.
-
What happens when something breaks?
You reach a person, not a ticket queue. Security monitoring and uptime alerts mean we usually hear about issues before you do, and weekly off-site backups mean the worst case is a restore measured in minutes.
Start with your score.
The Digital Legitimacy Score takes about three minutes. You'll see exactly where ongoing care plans would lift your numbers and where it would be wasted on you. No pitch attached.
